Full and Part Time Outpatient Therapist Positions

Lee Counseling Services, Inc. is looking for experienced, licensed clinicians who have a specialty that fits within our niche of services for women. We are currently looking to hire clinicians to work in person at our Weatherford, Texas location Currently, we are accepting applications for:

A LPC, LCSW or LMFT who has a current TX License with at least 2 years of outpatient mental health experience. We are willing to consider associate level applicants, but cannot guarantee full-time status.

Due to client demand we currently have several full time positions available. Full time employees are required to complete 25 billable sessions per week and the compensation package includes health insurance benefits, paid time off and paid holidays. Competitive, above average pay for the  area is being offered.

We are also accepting applications for part time employment. A minimum of 12 billable hours per week is required.

We offer our therapists beautiful office space, a steady flow of client referrals, administrative support, monthly clinical supervision, use of an electronic health record, and opportunities for social outings with colleagues. We also offer free snacks and drinks while you are working and have a relaxed dress code.
